every morning there are many patients queuing
in the department of otorrino- laryngology (ear nose throat) are working an impressive large number of doctors
 
residents
that's me early in the morning in the "sala de residentes"
one of the otorrino operation theatres
they do not use extra shoes in the sterile area, you have to cover your normal street shoes with these funny cotton bags
for many operations headlamps are used
